FNB is all talk & no action... Disappointing!

I have just moved all my accounts from STD Bank to FNB, due to thinking that the service would be better. However i have had a "PULLING OUT TEETH" experience regarding both my Personal & Business accounts, online and branch service! Every time i try and go on to my online banking my access codes are either rejected or? deeded that they don't correspond with the card number or pin code, when i try reset. this is a flippen inconvenience because now My account is blocked and have to go to the branch & you will charge me for this technical or what ever? it is error... i moved to this bank with the expectations of it being a better bank than my previous bank, however you seem to be worse in terms of online efficiency & accessibility... i am ANNOYED! I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT URGENTLY & CANT! please get someone to contact me tomorrow to sort this nonsense please. i hate going to branches hence i prefer online services, however you have made even that experience painful!!!
