Online business applications dont work properly

We are a charity organisation. After being impressed with all the good reviews from FNB clients we decided to open bank accounts with them. We were advised to do it online. Within three days we had our bank cards.

We don't have active accounts as yet (almost 3 months later). No one in a branch can assist, or is never present. The Douglas Green effect is happening and call centre says it is the online application, online says it is the branch and the branch says they cant assist.

All we had so far is heartaches and troubles, this has been the worst bank experience ever.

It seems every goes to well, because if something goes wrong it goes terribly wrong!
