I signed up for FNB Business banking
HAVE HAD HUGE PAIN TO GET GOING - AND STILL NOT GOING
- people at branch could not get my card delivered - had to threaten to cancel the service
- Sea Point branch - one week to reply to emails
- online banking can't be activated because all profiles made before July have to be deleted and re-registered
- now have to go bank into branch to have profile deleted and an e-reg certificate issued?
- new online banking looks nice, but lots of code errors
entire experience is incoherent & disconnected
i am challenging FNB to come forward and sort out my very messy banking experience.
