I have been renting cars from you guys for the last 2 years and most of the time get great service. But yesterday 17 Feb 2013 it was the worst experience ever. The line to the front desk was standing out the door, there was only 3 people helping behind the desk and it was hot outside, was uncomfortable. The international visitors was unhappy just like me, Avis had no ques and there clients was moving. I stood in the line for 50 minutes before I got to the front. I asked the lady why they don't have enough people too help, she responded that "We have enough". I revered her to the line still outside the door and said clearly you don't. As a South African I feel this reflected poorly on us as the tourist was thinking that if this is how there trip is gonna start what else is in store for them after they leave this place.

There excuse was that there was more flights that landed than normal. That does not fly in my books. You can clearly see in your bookings how many people is coming in for the day and prepare for this. If this happens again when I come to Capetown I will rather pay more and use Avis, that way I know I wont miss an appointment.
