UN PROFESSIONAL AND USELESS INSURANCE

On 13 November we claimed a motor accident today is the 22 November and nothing has happened as yet Car went for assessment on 18th when I phoned them they claimed that they did not get hold of us which is a and was promised that the claim will be done by end of day and well now is end of day I phoned them again and the attitude towards me about the claim was unacceptable and still the claim not done
