Refund the medical aid premium urgent

After around 20 phone calls and several letters no joy.
On the 15 of December 2012 my medical aid in error refunded me my monthly premium of R2500.crediting my account with money that is not mine. Standard bank recovers debited my account of that amount without my knowledge or authorisation.i do owe money however have explained I am 76 yeears old and can't make ends meet.by illegally taking the medical aid premium my medical is suspended.i need my medical aid paid I have cancer if I cant pay it I can't get the medicine I need.please refund the money you took on the 19 december and give it back to bankmed it is there money.you requested a letter from bankmed the are also giving a hard time.you can see from my banking account the error please do something it's urgent urgent. Please help am at my wits end. Mr M J Wood.
