Outstanding amount

In December 2009 i took my son Jonathan Solomons to be circumcised at the Fordsburg clinic, I was at that time on the basic plan of Bankmed medical aid number 0297006, i did some enquiries because i told the medical aid i don't have money they must make sure that everything is paid for, even when i phoned Dr Laher i told his receptionist please make sure that I'm covered for this procedure as i don't have money to still pay in, I was told by my medical aid that i must make sure i get an authorisation number then i don't have to worry about anything, I will be hundred percent covered, but now i getting phone calls and emails from nicol, davis & associates that i owe a Dr Appalraju an outstanding balance of R1837.18, where must I get that money I'm not working, I'm not on bankmeds medical aid any more, I refuse to pay that money, i want bankmed to clear my name from this, asap, I have a Mark the HR manager contacting me all the time, his number is 0114766949
