INSURANCE DOESNT PAY OUT

I log a claim on 12/11/2013 at meyerton branch, after the half day on the phone I log a claim. Since then I dont get any response or nothing to say are they gonna repair my roof or not, you cant get hold of anybody. And in the mean time I drown in my own house! The service is very very bad too say the less. Are they gonna repair my house or not? The send out people from De Vos botha Construction to do the measurements etc. No assessor is ever being sending out. How is they working.
