I am actually at wits end with your company!
I cant believe the rude attitude of your consultant handling my matter.
So unprofessional and has no clue on how to speak to clients or the decency to even reply to an email!
I am not the one in the wrong here - my account was duplicated and now you guys expect me to pay this account for the 3rd time!
I have sent you more than enough proof that this was duplicated. Du Plessis and Partners to whom I am paying the account too has confirmed that Duvesco (the client) has stated that this is a duplicate case and it has been closed with Marais Muller.
After several emails to your consultant I got no response therefore decided to phone to confirm if this case was in fact closed for my peace of mind!
She was really unfriendly and not helpful at all! She said that she has not got any feedback from the client - Du Plessis and Partners got confirmation from the client - I mentioned to her and asked should I then not take note of what Du Plessis and Partners are telling me??? She then says they the same company and are dealing with the same client! so what is there to wait for to confirm that this matter has been closed???
