I registered a claim with Outsurance on 26/10. Their assessor arrive and whilst friendly, did an incomplete assessment of the damage. I wanted for my "Advisor", Jolandi de Beer to now contact me but this did not happen after 2 weeks and after I follow up with an email noting the flawed assessment... still no feedback from the supposed awesome "bend over backwards" Outsurance cadre... a very long story short - I emailed Jolandi again, noting my total disgust as to how they go about treating and ignoring claims... she eventually called me on 19/11, apologised yet again (I told her not to apologise but just to deliver results!), promised the world... and here I am writing to Hellopeter.com... absolutely nothing has happened yet... I expect some PR person will respond but all I really want is results, Outsurance can keep their apologies and save it for their shareholders!
