I opened an account on saturday the 09th of November 2013 they said they will switch my debit orders as I already changed my banking details at work when I checked today 21/11/2013 they said at the branch it's not switched yet my debit orders goes off on the 25th I will have a problem they must fix this as soon as possible I also applied for loan consolidation on that day they said I qualify I must come with settlement letters when I went on monday they couldn't help me because of the problem I had of identity they said we must contact CAT the consultant did that now when I apply I can't get anything I have been to the branch for a week now nothing is working out i'm so dissapointed of the time I wasted
