One failed debit order 2 penalty fees

Substandard Bank is a bunch of! I have a debit order of only R165 for my Cell C contract that did not go through and they returned it because I was not aware that some of my clients had paid into my FNB account. Then they charged me R115 penalty on the 2nd of November, but realizing that they had me too little they charge me again on the 18th of November! I ended up paying R230 for a R165 debit order. And they won't say it failed to go through the second time because there was money in my account. They are just a bunch of and I am glad that most of my transactions are now with FNB.
