My car met with an accident on 27-08-2013. Advisor-Martha said the Tow will be there in few minutes. The Tow came more than an hour late. I do not hear from the advisor for the next 3 days. Then, I call up outsurance on Friday to get an assessor. The assessor-Eddie calls up, gives an appointment on Monday, doesn't turn up. Finally, we meet on wed, where he says my car can be written off. I call him and outsurance same afternoon to consent to the written off. On Thursday, he tells me the car cannot be written off as per instruction from outsurance. I try to call outsurance to check, however they said only Martha is authorized to respond to us. However, Martha can never be reached as emails get no-response and her phone is almost always unavailable. So, we leave a message for call back and that doesn't happen. Finally, after trying for long, we get hold of her, She said the car will be written off and we have to give the documents. She also promises to respond to us. I haven't heard from her since and was trying her the whole day today. Even assessor seems to be beating around the bush. I am tired of this service, strongly feel we are let down. Outsurance claims to be the best, HOW??
