Personal Loan Account

I had 2 personal loan accounts with Standard Bank. Unfortunately some unexpected things happened in life and i couldn`t pay the full installments as promised. i was handed over to their legal department. i tried to make some arrangements but unfortunately the people working with the accounts told me that Standard Bank close the accounts on their side & its with another attorneys. now i want to make arranagements nobody can assist me where my accounts is laying? Please assist.
