Please can someone help me

All I wanted was a statement on both my accounts, I ended up get a lawyers letter for money not received, saying I need to pay in full. The same attorney contacted me 2 years ago and Absa assured me that they will not be dealing with my account, now I need to make payment arrangements with them. Just before this I phoned ABSA for a statement, this was over a week ago, they said they will send it to me (still not received) and gave me a balance in the mean time, the balance from the attorney is R10000 more. Please can I get statements on my accounts and can the attorney issue be sorted out. The manager does also not reply on the e-mails.
