Accessing my bank funds without my consent

I have 2 loan accounts with FNB, due to my financial status currently i made arrangements to pay R1000 and R800 respectively and when i honoured these arrangements FNB decided to deduct a further R584.34 from my account 5 days later after i made payment with out my consent. They advised its a residual payment. I advised them that after August i will try my best to resume normal installments with an extra amount to cover the arrears. This was agreed by the attorneys from FNB. I am disgusted in there service and the idea that they accessed my funds with out my permission. Too think i told my friend to change her banking details from Absa to FNB because they are the best. I am definately considering changing both my accounts to another bank.
