Dishonest service from FNB e-Bucks

I have been a FNB gold cheque account client for 4 years now.
Since late last year FNB has stopallocating e-bucks to my account as they have previously done so in the past.
I am renting about this as I have phoned and e-mailed no one bothers to reply or atleast explain to me why my account has stop earning e-bucks.
Every month my cash flows are in excess R20k and purchase fuel using m debit card without being allocated e-bucks.

Can someone who really cares about service there provide me with explanation as to why my e-bucks have been stopped.
I also need all my e-bucks to be refunded from last year to date or else I will move my account to Standardbank.
Its surely clear that FNB is actually steve bank.

Other things like Smart device app that was only acknowledged and never been responded to I will not even say anything about it, as I have noted that service in dat dept. I know every 2nd complain has to do with that.
Clearly FNB cannot honour what they promise clients.
That's not treating customers fairly and I am so disappointed with a company that pretends to be helpful when they are frustrating its own customers.
I know its highly unlikey 2 be responded 2 by FNB!!!
