PAID LOAN OFF ONE YEAR AGO, STILL GETTING CALLED

I received a call from Bulelwa Manbyoli, from Nimble Group advising me that she was calling regarding my African Bank Loan. REF:42905107

I have advised her that I settled both my African Bank loans last year on the 15th and 16th February 2012.On the two consecutive days I paid amounts of R12 500 to one loan and R4861.39 to the other. The latter was transferred into a NCS Trust account REF: 2678862.

Clearly someone did not do their job properly as your systems or African Banks books were not updated.

On the 14th of October 2013 I was contacted by a Tara Swatz from Norman Bissett and . and I also sent through my bank statement advising her that this loan has been paid. The details that she gave me were:
Tara Swartz; Account number: 6899077002, Matter Number: 42905107,

This is now reflecting on my credit file as an unpaid debt and this should not be the case as I have paid this up.

Its quite frustrating that all the people that called me, have not given me feedback regarding this.

Can some one who knows what they are doing, get this sorted out as I am now clearly having no luck with the people that I speak to and would be better if I take this up to the Financial Ombuds.
