Diseased Father's car still not towed back

My Mother and Father passed away not even a year apart. My Father who suffered Dementia and Alzheimers was Insured by Alexander Forbes. His vehicle was authorised by AF to be towed to the repairer. His claim was rejected and the Ombudsman even intervened and ordered the vehicle returned to my Father since the wheels were. His declining health and the death of my Mother made matters worse, as far as we knew the bank took the car back. When now dealing with the estate we were contacted by the bank regarding the vehicle. We have settled the bank account, but was then told the car is still at the repairer. I got in contact with the repairer and the outstanding balance is R186000. Alexander Forbes never told him to return the vehicle to my Father. His last communication was with the assessor sent to Magfield Auto. You as a Insurance were given a order by my Father and the Ombudsman to return the vehicle and you did not. You are responsible for the account with Magfield Auto. My Father was not well due to his severe illness that ultimately caused his death. Riana Durr, Abrie janse van Rensburg all of you sort this out now.
