SERVICES OFFERED ON BEHALF OF ABSA NOT LOADED

Hi,

In short,

I was contacted by credit card life insurance services should I be out of a job or so on to have a policy in place quite a few months ago on which I said yes I want the product, I was unemployed for quite some time and now being harassed by your crd card dept, as per them the product is not loaded and that is was done by an outside company on behalf of absa but when they phone they say they are from absa... NICE LYING THERE ABSA!!!

I recently stared working and was wondering when this policy I requested will kick in only to hear it is not loaded... this needs to be back dated, this has been reported to action line last month as well and still no resolution to this problem!

also I have a visa card that was given to me without me even applying for the dam card I found out!!! absa??? so you in fact put me in debt without my knowledge as the sms I received was told that time to pick up my card which I thought was for my mastercard that was going to expire, check weith the manager jan at cresta that time in dec as I went in to complain. I will not pay a cent until this is resolved and don't dare take money from my savings as u are in breach of contrac
