Getting charged for a card I do not use!

I opened an Absa credit card about 2 years ago. I am currently not happy with the rates and the fact that even though I am not using it I am getting charged higher fees than the bank I actually bank with. Can someone please contact me to assist me to have this card closed. I also have a savings account with Absa and prior to opening it at the cresta branch, no one advised me on the best savings option. Does Absa have other savings options?
