I logged onto 1Life's website and requested a call-back. The next morning at 8:00am I received a call from Portia. She quoted me on a funeral plan and I accepted. She was extremely professional and friendly. I asked her about life insurance and she said she would ask someone to phone me back, so we hung up. 10 minutes later Brendan phones me. He was also very friendly and efficient. He quoted and I asked him to phone me back the next morning. 8:05 the next morning my phone rings and it's Brendan! I am so happy with the service I got from 1Life. I am looking forward to dealing with them in the future. I have never experienced customer service that amazing. Good job 1Life!
