After submitting a hail damage claim I found out that my policy has been revised from a R0 excess to R3300.
That is absolutely rediculous!
I decided to leave OutSurance and to go with MiWay in the first place because of their no-excess option.
Now, upon claim stage I am informed that my policy was changed.
I am absolutely disgusted in Miway for this step.
I goes without saying, I cancelled my claim and my policy with them and will make sure to tell as much people as possible to stay away from them.
