I received a call out of the blue yesterday, and soon realized it was a quotation on car insurance. Since I've recently changed to another company, I wasn't very interested in listening, and neither very friendly about the call. The fellow who called, was so enthusiastic, knowledgable and courteous, that I could not do anything but listen. He had me hooked! I ended up accepting the quote and will be a proud outsurance member from 01 Jan 2014. Thanks Tyron for answering all my questions so thoroughly and providing me with a great product!!
