Car accident claim

My daughter was involved in a car accident in September 2013. She called Outsurance who is the insurance and a lady by name Portia Mtembu assisted her. She made my daughter relaxed and handled the claim with big professionalism. They also called m, e as the insurance is on my name. I requested them to please claim the access payment back from the other driver/owner. Today a lady Chareen Boshoff called me and very friendly informed me that they have obtained the access and will pay it into my account. I want to thank them for this great service and can say other insurances can learn from Outsurance to what great service and feedback is all about. Thank you all involved for this and be assured that I'm still with you for a long time. Keep it up.
