USELESS!!!

I've been undergoing debt counselling since April 2012 and the necessary steps and documentation was handed to Sanlam (incl my granted court order) to ensure that there is no hiccups in the process. As per my court order in 2012, I had to pay R67 637.46 whilst undergoing debt counselling. I have received my statement (finally) and now owe R94 205.74 in 1 1/2 years. This is disgusting!!! How can you take advantage of this situation. As per the CPA and NCA - interest cannot be charged on the agreed outstanding debt!!! You guys refuse to respond to any emails and your consultants do not understand english!! Please rectify this with immediate efffect taking into account my monthly payment. If this is not done by COB today, I am going to official open up a case with the NCA.
