in September 2012 I wnt under dept counselling and I am under court order, my problem is that African bank did not reconstructor my accounts ax far as I know, because the amount on there accounts and the court order differs and they charge me I terest on arrears. As soon as you are under dept review they are not allowed to put your account into arrears. Before I apply for debt counselling my accounts were up to date. The bank also try every month to
Debit my previous bank acc and thats addisional cost that I have to pay. I email them a letter regarding my complain and phone them, still waiting for an apply and the person to whom I spoke to on the phone told me that I have to pay the Interest tbat I signed for in my contract does not matter that I am under dept review or has a court order for my creditotors, if this is the case I will never be able to settle my accounts and my situasion is worse tban it ever been before debt counselling
