Still waiting for my no claims bonus!

According to my policy documents i was due to receive a no claims bonus on the 10th of October. The contract fails to mention the time period that it will take to pay this out! I called in September and was told that It could take up to 30 days. During October I called to make amendments to my policy and queried the time again. This time an agent told me that it takes a maximum of 2 weeks from the date on my policy schedule. Obviously your call centre agents are CLUELESS and training is not important! Extremely disgusted after 30 days had passed I emailed Iwyze to complain about this and one of their agents simply left me a VOICEMAIL stating that it would take 35 days from the date on my policy schedule... IT HAS NOW BEEN 40 DAYS AND STILL NO PAYMENT!!! This is ridiculous and i definately do not wish to do further business if this is how the company operates. Can you imagine what service you would get if you claimed??? As an excellent payer and non-claimant, i will definately spread the word on my experience!!
