THEY FIND A WAY TO REJECT CLAIMS!! HOW PATHETIC

I unsured my contents with iWYZE and when I claimed for my damaged sunglasses I was told that I had a bad credit raiting and thus they couldnt approve the claim. When I joined they did a credit check as stated on my transunion document (26/07/2013 MUTUAL & FED INS NEO MOSOEU 0840000000 INS APP).

The company should have declined to give me cover from the on set instead to accepting my premiums while they know that I dont meet their requirements. This was also not communicated in the policy schedule I was supplied with. The consultant doesnt even take the time to explain the reasons of the rejection and I was not even given a chance to explain. They just decline!!

I should have just gone with OUTsurance.
