Have been with 1st for women Insuarance since 2011, My initial call two weeks ago was to negotiate a lower premium as i have not claimed once on my policy which the consultant flatly said that i was only due for an increas Next october, I subsequently called to get an updated policy schedule and several consulatants sent through a Summary cover with My ID or Policy Holder details missing, I called several times and no one seemed to understand my requests, The Policy schedule has been stuck in the server according to a few of them, None of them took owner ship of the call, I kept being told that the server was down, What angers me the most is that no one has the decency to follow up, I have wasted rands upon Rands calling the callcentre and being transferred to a different person. The last call i had wast with keagen who established why the problem persisted and promised to resolve the issue via his IT but that was last Thursday, i Need my Policy schedule so desperatley as I need to travel out of the country tonight, i will cancel my insuarance as Absa Direct has given me a much lower deal, i will make it my business to spread the word that 1st for women is the most incompete
