Had an accident in 2011 and the responsible person had no insurance. Abe from the legal department took over our claim in order to retrieve my access back from the responsible party. Needless to say the party tried to fade away with the hope that my insurance would write off the claim.
After two years of trying to track the responsible party, Abe finally manage to get my access back from them.
