Outsurance - BENDING OVER BACKWARDS - MY!!!

Okay - here im shopping around for alternative insurance and a friend of mine advised to give outsurance a call. I sms'd my number to the number provided - REFERENCE NO: 20731093 and received a call from their agents yesterday. Boy was this woman something else. Instead of beating my quote i've received, no madam trying her best to sell me life of some other insurance. Clearly listening is not a skill from her side. TO DATE IM STILL WAITING ON THE QUOTE WHICH WAS R1100.00 - MORE THAN R400.00 ON WHAT IM CURRENTLY PAYING (SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO EMAIL IT TO ME). THEY COULD NOT BEAT MY QUOTE - HOWS THAT FOR THE THEY ADVERTISE ON TV. I NEED NOT TELL YOU THAT THE BEST WAY TO LOSE PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS IS TO MISREPRESENT YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICES. SHAME ON YOU!!!
