Awesome service from Outsurance

I have been an Outsurance client since l bought my first car back in 2005 and have over the years received good service. I bought a new car in September 2013 and wanted it to be covered by Outsurance for Credit Facility. l realized three months later that l was covered for the same product with another Insurance company for the same premium amount.

l sent an Email to Outsurance cancelling the facility but one of their client advisors Mr Eric Bignel called me back with very good advice that made me change my mind and cancel that of other Insurance company. True to their slogan of bending over backwards for their customers; he even dropped the premium amount to suit my need. The gentleman was very friendly and we ended up chatting about my upcoming Outbonus pay out to social issues like he has never been to the Eastern Cape.

l really appreciate the good service and glad that l took a conscious decision to be loyal to Outsurance and not listen to recent pursuassions by other Insurance Companies to join them.
