I called discovery to report a damaged phone in December and after getting a quote and being approved by Patricia she advised me that it will take 72 working hours to have the money to repair my phone to be deposited in my bank account. This was supposed to have been on by Monday 28 December 2012. I called the call centre on 3 January at about 10:30am to find out why was the money still not in my account, i got to a consultant and asked to speak to Patricia and I was advised that she was in a meeting and will call me back when she is done. I heared nothing from her the entire day until I decided to call again and luckily I got trhough to her and when I asked her why there was still no deposit she could not say why nor did she appologise for the inconvenience she was shaid that she will check and come back to me. The next day the money was in my account which made me suspect that she did not do her job and hence the delay. This is bad service and definitely not what I'm paying for:-(
