I have logged a complaint on the 31st Dec.2012, at Absa Idirect since then no one has contacted me i had to call them on a daily basis more than once a day after numerous attempts of trying to reject the claim still no proper answer.it is braking my heart when i opened hello peter this morning and saw all the smiley faces from other insurance companies. I cancelled my insurance with my broker to move to Absa because i bank with them, i also arranged insurance for lots of customers through Absa and now this horrible service.put yourself in my shoes the trauma of somebody forcing entry to you house going through everything all the valuables while there is children sleeping in front. Wanting to sort out the claim as quickly as possible and now this horrible service.
