NO CALLBACKS AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE OF STAFF

I requested a settlement amount from Hi-Finance for a product i bought from them. I paid the amount and faxed through the relevant documents. However, Hi-Finance still took off a debit order for the next 2 months, totalling R614.00. I enquired about this and eventually got the debit order stopped. Then i was asked to phone the branch in East London where i bought from, to request a refund from them. The so-called "Senior Administrator", Nocawa Mba, was very rude over the phone and promised to call me back yet i never heard from her. Then i had to phone again, and spoke to the Credit Manager, although i can't remember his name. He took my details and said he would process the request for refund and also he will let me know what happens. 8 days later, no refund, no calls received. I phone again, the Credit Manager says he did process my request but conveniently never called me back. He said he will have to phone the Customer Services to find out why my refund has not been processed. I also phoned and they tell me there will be additional charges to refund my money. Why must i pay to get my own money back when the initial mistake was not mine??? Pathetic attitude and service!!!
