Really - Not again

Good Day. I took out a Nedbank Personal Loan a while ago, and I am finding it very frustrating when it comes to your repayment dates. In September you deducted the money prior to the 25th of September. Now I received another SMS stating that you will be deducting the repayment on the 13th of December 2013. According to the contract I have with you, deductions needs to be on the 25th of each month. Not random dates selected by you.. You are in breach of this agreement.. I know Nedbank assumes everybody gets paid earlier in December - but you know what they say about assumptions... I am only getting paid on the 20th of December... Please rectify this a.s.a.p
