I put in a claim to replace my front windscreen of the car. When I phoned in I was helped by Theo Samuels. I had all my info on hand and explained my claim to him. He was friendly and efficient in processing my claim. There was no stuffing around or trying to more money out of me. It was part of my policy and they had no hesitation in processing my claim. It only took one phone call and he put me in touch with the nearest fitment centre of my choice. He informed me what my excess would be and it was exactly as per my contract. All went well with the fitting after I had pre-arranged via phone.

All-in-all the guys put on a good show and I was glad they paid out my claim with no issues.
