Credit In Seconds

I applied for a loan on line on the 18 Nov 2013 and the feedback was not immidiate becoouse documents were required, I gave up right there becouse when I applied I expected immidiate feedback as indicated (gets credit in seconds) on the website but then later on I received a call from Joseph who assisted with my app over the phone and I was approved for R40 000.00 furniture account, I was advised to visit any Abil branch to conclude the contract but then when I got to the Geen and Richards store staff staff that assisted me we already scectic and My app seemed to have been captured again instead of an offer being singed after I submitted the relevent documents, I was told my app is now qued for referal with their credit department, Im still awaiting feedback and it makes me wonder how was that credit in seconds, even if the app was declined atleast I should know asap so instead of waiting in vein I can make other plans money wise
