I applied for credit on ur insecond websites and was approved and phoned where we completed an online qualification. I was then told I am approved and should take all necessary documents to my nearest African Bank. I've seen a new branch open in I'Langa mall and thought I would give it a go. So I went in branch and gave all the documents. After signing and activating my new credit card I was told momey should be paid in my next day. The next day I got a phone call to say my UIF is wrong on payslip - employers error. I think its a difference of R20. So now everything is on hold for that. Dropped off letter from employer about UIF yesterday afternoon. Its been over a week now that I started the process and there is never feedback from store. I have to call constantly. And there always seems to be a new excuse. My wife has never had so many delays from any of the other African branches. What seems to be the problem with this new branch.
