Dear Standard Bank
You are once again receiving a complaint from me because I am totally and utterly frustrated with your service at the Vehicle and Asset department. I made a payment from my standard bank mobile app for my car, on the 7th of November and i mailed through proof of payment to the email adress [Email Removed] Since then I have been harassed with daily phone calls from Standard Bank and when i answer the call they waste my time by not talking to me, or when one of the consultants do talk to me and tell me its in connection with my outstanding car payment, they hang up on me when I tell them that I did make a payment. That is extremely rude, please educate your consultants on manners and working with the public! I then once again phoned the Vehicle and asset department to follow up on the so called non existent payment that I made and the consultant confirmed that it was the correct account number that the amount for my car was paid into. So know i want to know, WHERE IS THAT MONEY? WHY HASN'T THE PAYMENT SHOWED UP? I have faxed the proof through to 0116318550, now please leave me in peace and do your jobs!!!
