I am so frustrated with Standard bank I can pull my own hair out.
The debit order on my vehicle finance account did not go off as usual, and therefore I had to call the Standard bank Vehicle finance department to get the account details so I can pay it in cash.
After speaking to a George, he gave me the account number and both reference numbers for the bike and car.
By eleven o clock on Tuesday the 11th September I paid the money at Standard bank Tzaneen.
Now the whole week since I've paid it, I received calls from Mary at Hq... and Nayo..I explained to them that I have the proof of payment and that it is paid. Nayo gave me an email address, which doesn't work, after confirming it twice.
Can some one please email me the correct email address to I can send this through. And Standard Bank should really give the staff more training. To call the Finance department and be placed on hold while I can hear the person speaking to someone saying " eh and esh'" is not expectable.

I want this sorted out, because you are quick to blame the customer and give us the bad name..
