My name is Adv Anne-lize Lourens and I am presently a policy holder at Outsurance. The reason for this correspondence are due to extreme hardship and distress that policy holders are put through in an attempt to repudiate claims. I have recently submitted a claim in respect of intentional damage done by a third party to my vehicle and have tried to meticulously follow each and every required procedure in order to comply with the rules and regulations as Outsurance in the public domain are known as the Insurance that never pay out.
Since the lodging of the claim I have been subjected to extremely contentious and in simple terms abusive treatment which in the presence of my attorney and advocate became clear was simply done to find any possible manner to repudiate my claim and a deliberate attempt not to compensate me for damage suffered.
In light of the aforementioned and in various recent discussions with business associates and colleagues it appears that the general public on a daily basis are subjected to this type of unjust treatment and suffer severe prejudice and irreparable harm that are simply never compensated due to the fact that they are unaware of their Consumer Rights
