After having an unfortunate accident, I was compelled to institute a 3rd party claim. In my entire time of dealing with Outsurance as the 3rd party (approximately a month), I can confidently comment that Outsurance has no decency or etiquette when dealing with such claims. Whether or not this company values Customer Experience, is certainly questionable. The employee that I am dealing with has an utterly horrid attitude and feels as if he is doing me a favour by processing this claim. Due to this frustration, I am contemplating removing vehicle cover that my wife currently has with Outsurance and will also share my opinion of Outsurance accordingly with public. In the mean time, my release agreement has been signed and I will await payment of the claim (as promised by Outsurance, within the next two weeks). I will further keep the public updated if this 'promise' has not been met.
