I call in in October to take out 3 funeral policys, for myself, mum and son. I was advised my son will be covered for the same amount as myself which is 50 thousand. You can listen to the call as i asked him is he sure and he advised he was, and my mum to be covered for 30thousand. My mum was also to be listed as a beneficiary. I now find that my mum does not have a policy at all and is only listed as a beneficiary. My mum and Sons names were spelt incorrectly. I promise i spelt myself to the bone for this guy and spent about half an hour on the call. My son is only covered for 10thousand (Now is this not breach of contract because i was told something completely different by the sales agent, please listen to the call). No money was deducted on the 29 October as i was told. I received a letter in the post this month to advise of this. BUT howcome as there was money in my account and nothing went off? I call the call centre and the girl i spoke to just made me want to go wild so i put the phone down on her. Im pretty cool now. but i will not settle for my son being covered for that amount at all! and spelling should be checked over because that can cause problems.. NOW WHAT?
