Buying Electricity for Cape Town fails

I have decided to, for the first time, use this site.
It seems that at least questions are answered here and not by the call center or the email support.

Since I joined I have always had issues buying electricity.
This time the call center says that the error is with the municipality and I have to try later.
It's been like this for a week.
I went to other similar suppliers and they can connect to the municipality fine.
Why do the call center guys lie?
I would have expected them to log a problem ticket and have the issue investigated and actively come back to me then the problem was resolved or even to tell me what is being done.
Teach them that.

In the mean time you are sitting with my money in your EP wallet with no easy way of getting it back to allow me to drive to a store and buy electricity there.

Tip: when your system does work I would like the SMS option that other vendors have.
That was the most convenient way of getting a ticket in no time.
