The Mossel Bay Municipality informed Santos Haven (Retirement Village) that they would be doing maintenance work -yep, maintenance work on the electricity transformers feed the village with electricity. They asked us for a suitable time to do this! Again, yes, they did.

Everything went according to date and time. Yes, it's true, but then there was a glitch and one of the transformers exploded. Now comes the even more amazing story. The applicable personnel started working on the problem at once and continued to do so until it was fixed, 02:10 the next morning. The next day they came and explained to us what went wrong and then asked when they can start repairing the damaged caused by the explosion.

Our sincere thanks for their effort to do maintenance, for fixing a problem when it occurred and then following up.
