Incorrect debit ammount deducted and no assistance

Hi there,

The debit amount arrangement with me and "Debt Buster" is for an amount of R2800 every month to be deducted on the 25th of each month. On the 25th of October 2013 an amount of R 4124.34 was deducted instead, i then enquired via email on the 28th of October as to why the incorrect amount was deducted. they advised the reason was "as per the system" i then sent them the documentation regarding the repayment amount of R 2800.00 to which no reply was sent. i have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls for them to assist with the matter, but up until now to no avail. eventually it was made known that apparently the legal department with regards to the repayment amount. i was promised call backs with regards to feedback on the situation but not one call has been made to me from debtbusters. The next months debit order is almost about to run and still not even a date as to when i will be reimbursed or if the mistake has been rectified. For all i know another R 4124.34 will be deducted.

I am utterly disgusted in the service i am receiving from "debt busters" Not replying within SLA, me the client has to make it my duty to find out what's happening.
