Debtbusters - WORST Debt review agency..Stay AWAY

OI first contacted Debt busters on 01 November 2012 to understand the process of Debt review, how it worked and whether it would be required in my situation. At this stage all my accounts was up to date with regard to my credit instalments.
oThe consultant at Debt Busters explained that the rehabilitation amount that I would have to pay every month is worked out on either 2% or 2, 5% of the total debt amount and thereafter Debt busters admin fee is then 5, 7% of the rehab amount. She made such a stuff up - including and excluding incorrect accounts. Her explanation of the credit bureaux process was incorrect. My payment plan at PDA was loaded late. I am sitting with about 4 different payment proposals. The Operations manager is rude and defensive. He does not even allow you to speak - and this after I had to pay them a R6900 admin fee. I am worst off now. My ITC record is ruined, my bank account is in debit and they still continue to debit my account for their admin fee. Half of them dont even know what they doing, they never get back to you and I am constantly having to follow up with them via mail and telephone calls - all at my cost. If you considering Debt review - STAY AWAY!!!
