BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!

Good day

My husband applied for a loan with Fast n easy loans last week already! All documentation has been send through. We have send sms, s, made calls but no feedback. This Vuyani said that we'll receive feedback by this afternoon. So far I've emailed him and just now when I called there "'office nr"' the call was dropped on me. For goodness sake if someone is declined for a loan, don't make a BIG FUSS about it, just let them know they're declined that's it. We as customers do not want to be stringed along, we just want service of course we know when we apply there might be chance we can be declined so just let us know!!!
